This phenomenon occurs easily on hot days.

Treatment method: If the hot day is more than 3 minutes, and the cold weather is more than 5 minutes, the protective layer should be wiped on the plate of the plate cylinder to prevent the paste from being turned on. Once the calendar printing is produced, the paste can be wiped with the cloth dampening solution.

(2) The layout of the ink layer is too thick, causing the printing plate vacancy department to feel fat and paste.

Treatment method: Some prints require a thick ink layer. Considering the effect of the thick ink layer on the enlargement of the print, the calendar printing should adopt the method of drying the ink depth in the exposure of the printing plate, that is, the original film graphic is sun-dried (for the positive image PS) For the version), the number of dots is reduced, and the spread of thicker ink layers just makes the number of dots meet the copying requirements.

(3) The ink with small printing viscosity is easy to emulsify, causing the floating, so that the ink can not be transferred normally, and the pigment particles are gradually accumulated on the ink roller, the printing plate and the blanket, and once accumulated to a certain thickness, the paste is caused.

Treatment method: Add some viscous oil with high viscosity, but not too much, so as not to affect the printing effect.

(4) The surface tension of the dampening solution is too small, and the amount of dampening solution supplied to the printing plate is too large, so that the ink is severely emulsified and paste-coated.

Treatment method: Minimize the supply of dampening solution and use ink with high emulsifying ability for printing.
